How do I set profile privacy?

By clicking on the profile section you can change your privacy, Remember to set it to a level visible to at least "colleagues" in your organization. If you set the privacy to "Not visible" your colleagues will not be able to book on your behalf, see where you have booked on the floor plan, nor consult your calendar.
